Serin AI is seeking a Founding Growth Marketing Intern to help build and execute early-stage growth playbooks targeting HR and recruiting audiences. Working directly with the founding team, you will drive marketing initiatives across content creation, paid campaigns, landing page development, and positioning experiments for a B2B SaaS platform.

  • Build and execute early growth playbooks targeting HR and recruiting audiences.
  • Support paid campaign execution across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Assist in developing brand positioning and messaging experiments for technical AI solutions.
  • Help create content for LinkedIn and other marketing channels aimed at HR buyers.
  • Support the execution and performance tracking of paid campaigns alongside the growth marketer.
  • Assist in building and updating landing pages and campaign marketing assets.
  • Track key growth metrics including signups, engagement, and reach.
  • Support employer branding efforts and recruitment-related content.

Required Experience

1 year of foundational experience or exposure in growth marketing, content creation, or digital marketing campaigns, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment, is desired but not mandatory.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

We accept equivalent experience in place of a degree
