Introducing the Serin Talent Network: Get Found for Roles That Fit You
Most hiring works the same way. A company opens a role, hundreds of people apply, and a small team tries to find the right person in a very short window. Everyone else, including many people who would have been a great fit, becomes a row in a spreadsheet that never gets opened again.
The next role opens a month later, and the whole process starts over from zero.
We think that's backwards, so we're building something to change it: the Serin Talent Network.
The problem with starting from zero every time
For candidates, applying is a lot of effort for very little signal. You tailor a resume, fill in a form, and wait. Often there's no reply, and no way to tell whether you were close or never seen. Even a strong application is only ever read in the context of one role, on one particular week.
For hiring teams, the same thing looks like a different problem. Every new opening means sourcing again, screening again, and rediscovering people who may have already shown they were good. The best candidates are rarely the ones who happened to apply during the right week.
Both sides are doing a lot of work to find each other, and much of it gets thrown away.
What a talent network changes
The idea is simple. Instead of only meeting candidates at the moment they apply, we want to build a group of people who are already known, already evaluated in a consistent way, and ready to be considered when a role that fits comes along.
For candidates, that means:
- You're found, not just filtered. Your profile can be considered for roles you didn't know existed, not only the ones you had time to apply to.
- Less repeating yourself. You don't have to re-introduce yourself from scratch for every opening.
- A fairer starting point. The Serin process is consistent, so you're assessed against the same bar as everyone else instead of on how quickly your application happened to be read.
For hiring teams, it means a stronger place to start. A shortlist can begin with people who are already a fit, rather than a blank job board and a deadline.
Where we are right now
We want to be clear about the stage we're at. The talent network is early, and we're building it in the open rather than waiting until every detail is polished.
To start, we're bringing people in through a simple application form. That lets us learn who's interested and what kinds of roles they're looking for, and it lets us grow the network deliberately instead of all at once. Applying now means you're among the first people we hear from, and we expect the program to take shape around what we learn from you.
Who should apply
If any of these sound like you, the network is worth a look:
- You're actively looking and want more of your search to happen through direct introductions than cold applications.
- You're open to the right opportunity but don't have time to watch job boards every day.
- You'd rather be evaluated consistently and fairly than on whether your resume landed on the right desk.
- You want to be part of shaping how a hiring network like this works, from the start.

Frequently asked questions
Commonly asked questions about this topic.
Is the Serin Talent Network open to everyone?
We're rolling it out in stages, starting with an application form. Anyone can apply for early access, and we'll be reaching out to people as the program opens up.
Does joining the network guarantee me a job or an interview?
No, and we'd rather be upfront about that. Joining means you're known to us when a role that fits comes up. It isn't a promise of an offer or an interview for any specific position.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There's nothing to pay to apply for early access.
How do I apply?
Fill out the short early-access form. It takes a few minutes, and we'll follow up as we bring people into the program.
